A Little History

BlogAught is the full version of our beta system over at ConservaBlogs.com. CB was founded by yours truly, Eric Odom, back in December of 2006 and since then has become a powerful website that is growing leaps and bounds. CB currently sees around 100,000 unique visits per month and more than 400,000 page views within the same period. The site ranks very well in search engines, is listed in the top 3,000 blogs at Technorati, and sits in the top 75 blogs at TTLB.

In early 2007, ConservaBlogs.com was moved under the umbrella of public advocacy giant Citizen Outreach. Citizen Outreach has a vision that matches that of my own and we’re proud to be working with them in bringing the limited government supporting side of the blogosphere into a new level of public awareness and capabilities.

ConservaBlogs has attracted some of the most talented Wordpress.com bloggers and the community there has become a family that will see great things happen moving forward. CB is still the “parent site” for BlogAught.com, but BA will be the bigger, more mainstream version of the community.

How it Works

It’s simple! Sign up to start blogging or simply browse blogs and comment on posts that grab your attention.

BlogsAught.com is free. Small, non-intrusives ads are displayed on the blog templates. These ads generate revenue to pay for hosting and server space.
